Can I return Old Navy clothing that has been worn without the tags?

I have 3 pieces of Old Navy clothing. Two pieces have already been exchanged once (with tags), but I need to do them again (without tags). I also have some shorts that were accidentally bleached that I need to return. I have the receipt and it is well before the 90 day period. Anyone have experience with this kind of situation? All I could see on their website was a strict no-wearing policy for GAP, but nothing for Old Navy.
no, you accidentally bleached the shorts, theyre not going to take them back!

You can return the two without tags, as they should still have the regular clothing tags on them.
As far as the ones that you accidentally bleached, you can’t return them UNLESS you purchased them already bleached. If the shorts were bleached after you purchased them, it is your own fault. As nice as it would be to return the shorts just because you accidentally bleached them, if Old Navy let people do that, they would lose a ton of money.
