I personally would not wear black and navy. That is what wouold bother me the most. It is usually a faux paux to wear black socks with shorts, but I think if they match then you are fine.
Ok i am really girlyish and I would NEVER wear black and navy…hope that helps!! To me that’s the worst combo of colors…like red and pink!!!
