I also have some shorts that were accidentally bleached that I need to return. I have the receipt and it is well before the 90 day period. Anyone have experience with this kind of situation? All I could see on their website was a strict no-wearing policy for GAP, but nothing for Old Navy.

When I went to the store, however, they charged me $30 and told me that they don’t have to go by the online prices. Is this true? Should I have only been charged $15?
