I bought these awesome shorts today. They’re navy blue and high waisted. There’s a tie around the waist and the legs are baggy – kind of like pantaloons or bloomers or something – and come in tight around the bottoms, just above the knees. I love them unconditionally, but I’m not totally sure what to wear with them other than your common or garden tight-fitted white top. Any suggestions as to how I could jazz it up a little?
