well consdering that the colours in the plaid shorts have blue, orange and navy plaid you can simply find a shirt that are one of those colours and make sure you wear black leggings under the shorts. unlesss you’d rather not be my guest buh im just saying.

You need a top that has elastic at the waist, or ties at the waist. Or a top that is tight all over like a tank top. The color of the top will accent the color you want to accent. Orange would be good.
