Whenever I buy a pair of shorts or pants from Old Navy, the waist stretches or something. I have a 29 inch waist. I buy 29w30L and they get too big after a few days of wearing them. I actually measured my waist size and the pants waist and I am 29 inches around but the 29W pants were actually 31inches. Of course, I had to go return them. I was wondering if Old Navy has a bad measuring tape or if they do it on purpose to make people feel skinny. Either way, not a good practice IMO.
