I found the cutest ones at Target last night but they weren’t in my size and they’re not on target’s website! They were low rise, relaxed fit, and hit right at my knee. I have looked everywhere – Old Navy, Macy’s, Gap, American Eagle, Abercrombie, PacSun, The Buckle, JcPenney’s, Dillards, Nordstrom… I thought about looking for boy’s cargo shorts but I’m short so they usually hit below the knee.
