They are short-ish shorts. I thought perhaps navy tights, thosw white lace up pumps that everyone seems to be wearing, a white vest top, a navy cardigan and an anchor necklace. What do you think, any alternatives ?

it’s going to be 69 degrees tomorrow. i was thinking of wearing navy shorts and a red cardigan tomorrow. other people wore shorts to school today and it was 67 degrees. im in connecticut, btw. so is it warm enough?
