I have 3 pieces of Old Navy clothing. Two pieces have already been exchanged once (with tags), but I need to do them again (without tags). I also have some shorts that were accidentally bleached that I need to return. I have the receipt and it is well before the 90 day period. Anyone have experience with this kind of situation? All I could see on their website was a strict no-wearing policy for GAP, but nothing for Old Navy.

I’m pretty sure I could order a few limited styles online, but since I’m not sure what my size is now and I find size charts unreliable, I really need to try them on.
