By the time I go to basic training I will be 2 classes short of receiving my bachelor’s in Acct. and Finance., which I plan to attain after “A” school. Since I am not a US citizen yet, I can not go to OCS even if I have the 4 year degree, so opted for enlisting and when I receive my citizenship in 2 years apply for officer school. But here is my question, is the NAVY willing to take in to OCS people that have not graduated from Annapolis? If so what is the cut off age to apply for OCS?
