what can i wear out to dinner with navy blue converses?

White shorts with solid top in navy or red or marroon or orange or something that looks good with navy. Or navy shorts with solid or patterned top of whatever color. IMHO

well you have to love the white shorts, theyll go with almost anything, including navy blue converse. another great thing to do is layer your tops if your not too sure about what would match. you could have a black or blue tank top under a whit one, or a yellow one under a white one. that would look great, and you could still stay cool. GOOD LUCK!!!
