What can i wear with navy blue shorts?

I just got these adorable navy blue short shorts and I can’t find anything to wear with them. They have teeny tiny kelly green stitches, but they are barely visible. You can’t see them in this pic:

you can wear ANYTHING white
no black, brown,
some green is ok
maybe certain pinks
gray is good

I love those shorts. I didn’t know that Target sold such cute shorts, I’ll have to go down there and get myself a pair
Umm…I’d say any colored tops and tanks at all! The thing is, those shorts don’t look navy blue, they look like jean shorts. And with jeans, you can wear anything, any color, and it’ll look good. I guess since it’s summer look for lighter and brighter hues for your tanks and tees, and wear cute gladiator sandals (which is a must)!
well, i would rather go with some tight, low rise shorts from like hollister or something. but a white cami would go good with that.
i dont know if u like hollister but if you do this is cute to go with the shorts. =]
