You could have a shirt that has a mixture of navy, green, white something that compliments the Navy blue but does not overdo it with Navy. Hope that helps! Not sure your style, but, a nice light weight collared shirt would work well.
khaki, red, yellow, gray, whatever your style is play around with different colors and choose which one looks best on you. Go to dept. store, ask for assistance and I’m sure you’ll find something that says style and who you are. Don’t just follow everyone else, that’s the fun of fashion……Good Luck

Obviosly white but red would work, yellow, pink, I would just try on some different stuff and see what looks best.

grey looks pretty good…….my PE uniform is navy blue bottoms and a grey shirt. it doesnt look bad. tht would be my best bet.
