hmm. coloured shorts are definitely tricky, and i, too, have trouble deciding what to wear with them. i would wear either a plain-ish white graphic tee or maybe a bright, bold, colourful shirt, depending on what your style is.
i’d wear either a warm color like red or yellow with it. the contrast looks nice or you could even wear white if you want to look less bright. plus it depends, what kind of shoes you might wear or accessories or what have ye not.
o i suggest a tank or t shirt most obviously.
