Soffe shorts are pretty casual. A T-shirt is best, and can look cute and feel more feminine when tied back with a ponytail. Flip-flops or athletic shoes go best with this look. So does hair in a ponytail or pigtails, or, if short, left down.
I don’t recommend wearing cute tops and things with Soffes, only because they look silly together.
