When do stores like Gap and Old Navy get their summer shorts in stock?

30 year old asked:

I live in Florida and recently lost weight. I can’t find shorts anywhere, not even Walmart or Target! I’m pretty sure I could order a few limited styles online, but since I’m not sure what my size is now and I find size charts unreliable, I really need to try them on. Do I have to wait til March or April?

I used to work in retail, and I remember getting them sometime in January/ February, and we got winter stuff in the summertime.

I work at Old Navy in Michigan and we have a pretty good selection of shorts right now, so I’m sure the stores in Florida have got something for you. Our spring merchandise started coming in about 2 weeks before Christmas.
