They prolly have your size and in navy blue
A lot of stores like Abercrombie, Aeropostale, AE, will have a selection.
Also go to the mall and search through stores. They should have them!

Target has a bunch of mix and match suits with different styles and colors, i’m sure they prob have boy shorts, and I know I saw navy blue.
